The 1995 Academy Award for Best Picture went to Braveheart, a very bloody movie. In it, the Scots fought for freedom against the encroaching power of the English Crown. The lead warrior was gripped by a passion to set his countrymen free. How is this kind of passion born in a person?
Do you know someone who is a person of passion? Describe the person.
In the midst of a tough battle in World War II, General George Patton, one of the greatest military leaders of all time, said about battle, "God, I love it!" King David, also a warrior, said, "God, I love you!" Whose army would you like to be in? Why?
