NAPOSTA '78 Card ~ Frankfurt, Germany May 20-25, 1978 ~ With Scott 1596

Card issued by USPS for participation in the NAPOSTA '78 philatelic expo in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, May 20-25, 1978, Brookman PS28, Scott SC61. Added to the card is a canceled 13¢ Eagle and shield stamp, Scott 1596 from the Americana series of 1975. Card measures 6" x 8" and is generally found without the cancel. Dealers advertise this card for $2.50 but them add $1.75 postage ($4.25 total). Now you can get it from me for only $3.00 postpaid!
